We do not accept Medicaid & Medicaid HMOs, Carelon Health, Amerigroup, Independent Health Essential plans and MediSource. Empire Plan, Aetna, Cigna, Fidelis, Kalos, MVP, MagnaCare, Meritan Health, Molina, AARP primary, and Aetna.
Intake appointments are in-person only.
