APPOINTMENTS

Office visits are by appointment only and vary according to each provider's schedule. Provide at least 24-hours notice for cancellations. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to all appointments by a parent or legal guardian. 

Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointments are considered no-shows and will be charged in accordance with the respective provider's policy.

PRESCRIPTIONS

Prescription refill requests must be called in a minimum of 3 business days before your medication runs out. Please first try going through your pharmacy to have them notify us for the refill. Be sure to identify our address to the pharmacy (50 Dyke Rd West Seneca 14224). If you have trouble then call our main line 716-635-5010 and leave a message with your full name and refill request. Phone refill requests obtained after 3:00pm will be handled the next business day.

EMERGENCY LINE

For calls that are an emergency during office hours, call our main line at 716-635-5010. During after hours, this phone number will be to page our psychiatric providers for emergencies. Emergencies include but are not limited to medication side effects and lethality concerns. Call our main number and press #1 to be routed to Dr. Croglio, #2 for Colleen Russo NP, #3 for Dr. Ravvin, and #4 for Ryan Young NP.


For calls in which you have questions for your provider that is non-emergent, call our main line 716-635-5010 or send a message to the provider through the portal. Support staff will take a message and notify the doctor of your call. Please provide the staff with as much information as possible. We try our best to answer the messages throughout the day and you will get a return phone call as soon as your message has been answered.
